Animal Photography now offer beautiful canvas prints from their stunning collection. We have 100's of breeds of Cat, Dog and Horses which can be found in our search or by clicking on one of the categories above.

You can buy any of our images and have them put onto canvas. You can have it as small or as large as you want (approx 150 - 1600mm).

Standard sizes are as follows:
400 x 400mm £145 inc VAT
900 x 900mm £195 inc VAT
+ Delivery (Standard UK delivery approx £12*), please call for prices on deliveries outside the UK.

You can have the image wrapped or choose a colour to compliment the image.

We also offer a customised service if you want something different. For example 'Miniature Pinscher on yellow' (see picture) started out as a show piece and has now become our biggest seller. You can even choose the background colour to match your decor in your home, restaurant, bar or office.

How to order

Step 1 - Choose your picture
Choose your picture, each image has a reference code.

Step 2 - Choose the size of canvas and wrap
Choose the size of canvas you would like. For ease we offer two standard sizes. However, we can make any size canvas you want (max approx 1600mm). The square format lends itself well to the medium format pictures, if you want a 35mm format you will want something in a 3:2 proportion. You can have the image wrapped or choose a colour to compliment the image. See our price guide for ideas.

Step 3 - Order
You can contact us by phone or email:
By phone, yes the good old fashioned way, you can actually talk to someone. All we need is your image code, frame size you would like and delivery address. We will then send you an email confirming your order, this will have a link which allows you to make payment through PayPal.

Email your order to prints@animal-photography.co.uk specifying the image code, quantity and delivery address.

Step 4 - Confirm
Once you receive our email and agree to the order please click on the link provided to make payment to PayPal, your order will then be processed. We will send you confirmation confirming receipt of funds.

Step 5 - Put it on your wall!
A few days later you will receive a fabulous package containing your beautiful print. Unpack carefully, checking the print is perfect. Sign the couriers form notifying him/her to any problems before they leave. Hang your canvas on the wall. The design of our frames means you can rest the piece on a simple nail or screw in your wall. This allows the print to be mounted flat to the wall with no gap at the top.

Currently we only accept payment through PayPal. We will soon be able to take credit card orders by phone or online.

How to find your perfect image?
We have thousands of images, you can find them in two ways, by keying in a word in the 'search', eg; dog or humour or cute or champions. If you want to see our huge breed list just click on Cat, Dog or Horse, this will bring up 100's of breeds. Alternatively you can call us for ideas and advice.

Dispatch times?
All canvas orders normally take 4-7 working days (Monday - Friday) of receiving an order and payment. During the Christmas period things get quite hectic, so please check with us if standard turnaround applies. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Does someone have to be in at the delivery address?
As your canvas will arrive by courier we do require that someone is there to sign for the parcel so sometimes it may be useful to give us your work address or a friends address if you are not likely to be about during the day.

How much does delivery cost?
Our standard courier price is £12* per canvas in the UK, this is based on a canvas size of 900 x 900mm or under. Please call for delivery prices outside the UK and larger sizes.

We currently only send items for delivery Monday-Friday but if you require a Saturday delivery then please let us know and we will be able to give you a quote (please note that a Saturday delivery is a considerably more expensive option)

What time will my canvas arrive?
Sadly courier firms do not specify delivery times and your canvas could be delivered at any time between 9am and 5:30pm.

Care and hanging
In order to keep your artwork looking as perfect as the day it was made, please read the care advice below.

Follow these steps and your canvas will continue to brighten your space for years to come.
> Keep your print away from direct sunlight, as well as reflected light from mirrors, glass, etc.
> Do not use any form of liquid or chemical products to clean your canvas, or you may damage it. A soft dust brush can be used periodically to remove settled dust.
> Make sure your print is displayed in a stable, moisture-free environment and is kept at a safe distance from any sources of direct heat such as a fireplace.
> Hanging your canvas art couldn't be simpler. The design of our frames means you can rest the piece on a simple nail or screw in your wall. This allows the print to be mounted flat to the wall with no gap at the top.

P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes

Taxes
UK and EU customers will be charged the standard rate of VAT. Other customers will not be charged tax.

Duty
Customers receiving goods outside the UK may be liable for duty charges levied in their own country. If this happens, it's a matter between you and the customs men (and women): you are responsible for any duty owed.

How are the canvases packed?
All our canvases are first wrapped in bubble wrap and then packaged within a crate. This is substantially better than the standard card wrapping that most canvas companies use and ensures that your canvas arrives in pristine condition.

Canvas edge options?
You can choose from three types of wrap.
1. Mirrored edge, which means the image wraps round.
2. White edge, the image will bleed just a few milimetres round leaving the rest white.
3. Coloured edge, choose a colour that compliments the picture. This you can specify by Pantone colour, CMYK or select a colour from the image.

General
1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") explain your rights and obligations in relation to this web site located at www.animal-photography.co.uk ("Site") and any goods purchased through this Site. Please read them carefully. You may have other rights granted by law and these Terms do not affect these. If there is anything you do not understand then please contact us.

1.2 This Site is operated by Animal Photography ("we", "our" or "us"), located at EC1 Studio, 140-142 St John Street, London EC1V 4UA. You can telephone us on +44 (0)20 7193 4646 and email us at prints@animal-photography.co.uk

1.3 We may change the Terms at any time by posting such changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after notice of changes shall mean you are bound by the new terms.

Site use
2.1 The content of and copyright in the Site is owned by or licensed to us. You are permitted to view or print individual pages for your own personal use. Any other use must be with our prior written permission.

2.2 We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your use of this Site at any time.

Purchasing from us
3.1 The Site and the goods sold through it are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to improve, alter or modify designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the advertised goods prior to despatch of such goods.

3.2 By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details on to third-party couriers).

3.3 We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received payment in full. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form your order. We may, at our discretion, reject your order.

3.4 All specifications, sizes, photographs, descriptive matter and advertising published by us or contained on our Site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only. They do not form part of the Terms. Actual colours may differ due to your own monitor settings, over which we have no control.

3.5 Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

3.6 Products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will supply substitute goods. If the subsitute goods are not wanted, we will meet the cost of returning them.

Pricing
4.1 All prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the VAT element if this changes from 17.5%.

Delivery
5.1. We aim to despatch goods in 4-7 working days from receipt of your payment, and deliver goods to you in 1-3 working days from dispatch. Orders made after 12pm will be processed the following working day.

We may not be able to provide an exact delivery date or time of day. International orders may take 5-9 working days from date of dispatch to be delivered.

All deliveries are are sent via Parcelforce; an insured, secure courier service. Parcelforce will automatically attempt to deliver your package twice. If you were out the first time, delivery will be attempted the next working day.

Parcelforce may at its discretion attempt to deliver the the consignment to a neighbouring address within a reasonable distance of your delivery address, enabling the delivery to be completed as quickly as possible. It also means that it is not necessary for you to wait in for delivery. If this occurs, a Customer Contact Card will be left at the specified address.

5.2 Note that Animal Photography does not charge customs duties on International shipments outside of the EU. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility of Animal Photography. We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post centre for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order with us.

Returns
6.1 Any returns or exchanges as set out below can only be made after a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) has been issued by us. We reserve the right to refuse any returns if this procedure is not followed.

To obtain your RAN, you must first contact us via email, including your details of purchase and Order Reference Number, to inform us of your intentions. This must be be done within 7 working days of receiving your order.

6.2 You may return goods (except those contained in 6.8) and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Goods must be returned as set out in their original unused condition and with all packaging intact, as set out in 6.8.

6.3 If the goods delivered are faulty or have been damaged in transit, then we will either exchange the goods free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

6.4 We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items after 7 working days have elapsed or for items that have been used. In all circumstances you must contact us as set out in 6.1.

6.5 If the item ordered is not to taste and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a delivery charge at our standard rate will be incurred. If you wish to exchange the item for an alternative one, please contact us to ensure that the item you require is available.

6.6 Bespoke products such as Photo On Canvas and bespoke coloured or sized designs requested by you are not returnable under this agreement unless defective.

6.7 When returning goods, please ensure that you enclose your original invoice along with your REN number so that we can identify your consignment on arrival.

For your protection we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return goods. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us.

6.8 All goods must be in their original condition and with all packaging intact, as we cannot exchange used goods. Due to the delicate nature of art prints, canvas panels must be wrapped individually, as provided, to prevent scratching.

6.9 Following receipt of returned goods as set out above, refunds will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be credited via the original purchaser's payment method.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any further questions please contact us.

Cancellation
7.1 Should you wish to cancel any order after making payment, cancellation can only be made via the standard refund process as per Section 6. If you cancel payment with your card provider rather than following our refund policy, you will be liable for fee that provider charges us. Chargebacks will be thoroughly investigated and if neccessary, will referred to relevant investigative or law enforcement agencies.

8.1 All copyright and intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products and in the content of the site are and will remain the property of us. Any designs where a third party has be credited with copyright will remain property of the third party with all rights reserved.
